I am NOT ...

as "heavy" as I thought *lol*
well, since i last did my weigh in ....

i was 185 lbs when i "quit" working out ..

i am now 181 lbs ..... just a lil squishy! LOL

I need to tone up again ... n' lose a few more n' I am good to go :)

Here I go ... day 1 ... work out is pretty quick :D
I feel good!
Lots o' water n' healthier choices on their way

I lost track of myself.... I gained back ... but am still size 31 ....
just ...squishy!

I am going to work on myself again .. I CAN do it!
Even if I do it on my own!

March 18th, 2009

well .... it has been two months since my decision to do something about my weight..
when i first started, it was recorded incorrectly (using the Wii on carpet) ..UGH!
I was NOT 187 lbs... I was 210 lbs ... I KNOW! that is a heck of a difference! :(

I was a size 16-18 and am now 12-14!
I was a size 38 to a 31!

I now weigh 187 lbs :D

*sighs*

anyhoo ... I went to doc n' got clearance to go ahead and she will monitor my eating habits n' activity ... I also started WW ....

I am in month two and feelin GREAT :D

I will check in more often and start entering some of my recipes on here :D
(that I eat) :D

hmmmm....
i saw this idea from another blog ... i am a bit uncertain about posting this ...but i figure this may get me going and be a bit more accountable and watch my progress....
*sighs*

My starting weight...I do NOT want to put ...but I will ...
OMG!
I am ONLY 5'5" and i weight 195 lbs!!!
My blood pressure is quite high ... (doc told me to cut down on salts n' do more daily activity)

My biggest struggle...*sighs* 
snacking!

There is NOT much to do in this village .... ok ok ...no excuses!
Make better choices n' drink more water!
Get off the darn couch sometime during the day!
