Starting Up Again

7 weeks postpartum.....i feel stronger afer the Csection and am ready to work out again :D
Yay!

I am 183 lbs .... hard to believe I used to be 215 lbs last year! Wowzers! LOL!

I am NOT ...

as "heavy" as I thought *lol*
well, since i last did my weigh in ....

i was 185 lbs when i "quit" working out ..

i am now 181 lbs ..... just a lil squishy! LOL

I need to tone up again ... n' lose a few more n' I am good to go :)

Here I go ... day 1 ... work out is pretty quick :D
I feel good!
Lots o' water n' healthier choices on their way

I lost track of myself.... I gained back ... but am still size 31 ....
just ...squishy!

I am going to work on myself again .. I CAN do it!
Even if I do it on my own!
